2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process
To book a tour or service, please visit our website or contact us directly. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation from DubaiTourCompany.

2.2 Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments must be completed before the tour date.

2.3 Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For certain tours or services, a deposit may be required.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

More than 14 days before departure: Full refund, minus any administrative fees.
7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
3.2 Cancellation by DubaiTourCompany
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum participant requirements. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative tour option.

3.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation.

4. Changes and Modifications

4.1 Customer Requests
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4.2 Changes by DubaiTourCompany
We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries or services if necessary due to operational reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes.

5. Responsibilities

5.1 Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and be punctual. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided by our staff and adhere to local regulations.

5.2 Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health and have necessary travel documents. DubaiTourCompany is not liable for any health issues or travel disruptions.

6. Liability

6.1 General Liability
DubaiTourCompany is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of personal items, or personal injury during the tour.

6.2 Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party service providers. We are not responsible for their actions or omissions. Any issues with third-party services should be addressed directly with them.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
