General Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer
More than 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total tour price.
15 to 30 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.
Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by DubaiTourCompany
Tour Cancellation Due to Low Enrollment or Other Factors: A full refund will be issued if the tour is canceled by DubaiTourCompany for any reason, including insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduled Tours: If a tour is rescheduled, you will be offered the option to either join the rescheduled tour or receive a full refund.

No-Show Policy
No Refund: No refund will be provided for no-shows or if you miss the departure for any reason. Please ensure timely arrival at the designated pickup location.

Modification of Booking
Changes to Booking: If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing the date or tour package, please contact us at least 15 days prior to departure. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Refund Process
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. The time frame for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
